Well, Brandon finally got his class date, and is now in school at Vandenburg, AFB, in Lompoc California. His classes should be done June 8th. Then he will come back here and out process, set up TMO, and we'll be leaving Tucson the end of June/first part of July. It's now bittersweet. I truly do not feel at home here in Tucson, but we have really made some great friends that we DO consider family. If anything does change with dates and whatnot, I will let everyone know :o)
Now, on to the big guy himself! Landis had his 18 month check up about a month ago. He is 31inches tall, and weighs 23 lbs! He's a little higher on the charts for his hieght and weight for his age, but he's still a little guy. He is talking like crazy, too! His newest phrases are:
"I ning ning!!" (I'm cleaning!)
"Eeshoo!" (Bless you)
"Is broken!" (Everything is broken these days, I guess!)
"Is for Puppy?"
"Wow... coooool!"
And he calls me Bonnie half the time. It's pretty funny. He is completely obsessed with ANYTHING you clean with. Vacuums, mops, swiffers, brooms, washcloths, wipes, sponges, scrub brushes... we are going to get him one of those electric sweepers for his birthday. Then all his cleaning efforts won't be in vain!! He could at least do some damage on the dog hair.
He had a fun Easter, I think! We really missed Brandon. It's the second Easter Brandon has missed with Landis, but next year will be REALLY fun, because then I'm sure Landis will totally get it!! He didn't understand he should keep the eggs and collect them in his basket. He just opened them up and dumped out what was inside! I have posted a lot of pictures, so just check out all the fun he had yesterday!
